垂釣比目魚的經驗與心得。據資料考證,有關比目魚的傳說是眾說紛紜,娓娓動聽。古時候的人們誤認為比目魚只是它身體的一半,只長著一隻眼睛,必須兩條魚合游才能生存。於是《呂氏春秋》中載道;「凡遇合他時,不合,必待合而後行,故比翼之鳥死乎木,比目之魚死乎海」。的絕句。因此便把比目魚看作是情深意切,形影不離的情侶,是象徵著忠貞愛情的奇魚。古人曾留下了許多吟頌比目魚的美好佳句:如元賈固《小令‧寄金鶯兒》有一句:「樂心兒比目連枝,肯意兒新婚燕爾」。以及「得成比目何辭死,願作鴛鴦不羨仙」。流傳至今仍是膾炙人口。   

  比目魚的樣子很特別,身體呈扁狀,黑白各一面。故大連的釣魚愛好者一般稱之比目魚為;扁扁魚,牙片魚,鼓眼子,片口魚,石?子等。其實剛孵化出來的小比目魚的眼睛也是生在頭的兩邊,當它長到大約3厘米長的時候,眼睛就開始「搬家」了,一側的眼睛向頭的上方移動,漸漸地越過頭的上緣移到了另一側,直到接近另一隻眼睛時才停止。比目魚的生活習性非常有趣,在水中游動時不像其它魚類那樣脊背向上,而是有眼睛的一側向上,側著身子游泳。它常常平臥在海底,在身體上覆蓋上一層砂子,只露出兩隻眼睛以等待獵物乘機捕食。這樣一來兩隻眼睛在一側的優勢就顯示出來了,因此一代一代遺傳下來。那麼究竟為什麼比目魚的眼睛會出現這種變化,據資料表明,它側臥在海底的泥沙上,為了覓食和防備敵後的侵擊,眼睛就向著有光亮的上方。天長日久頭骨就發生了變化,靠海底一側的那隻眼睛就移到了向著光亮的一面,嘴也漸漸移動位置對著海底。由於便於偽裝貼近海底的一面不需要顏色來保護,就變成了白色了,另一面需要顏色來保護,就變成和泥沙一樣的顏色。當然了這也是動物進化與自然規律的結果導致。        

  全世界比目魚的種類大約有500多種,在我國海域比目魚的種類約為五十多種,其中包括有?類、鰈類、鰨類等但都是同屬於比目科。?類中常見的有牙?、斑?、花?;鰈類中常見的有高眼鰈、石鰈、木葉鰈、;鰨科中常見的有舌鰨等。那麼怎樣才能區分比目魚的種類呢?首先把有色澤以及眼.鼻處的一面朝上,腹部(白色)朝下。頭部對準自己,注意觀察眼和鼻若在右側就是鰈類。眼和鼻面向左側就是?類。

  兵法道:「知己知彼,百戰不殆 」。 面對茫茫大海如何才能得心應手的釣到比目魚呢。首先垂釣者必須瞭解垂釣海域狀況外還要瞭解此魚的生活習性及繁衍規律,比目魚屬冷溫水域或溫水性純種底棲魚類,我國海域均有分佈。比目魚喜歡在海底有碎礁的礫石區以及有泥沙的海域是它們理想的家園。通常棲息在30至50米的深的海底,就大連地區而言,芒種節氣以後也是他們的產卵期會游向淺水地帶活動,覽食。由於游泳能力不是很強,一般很少到水上層活動。因此比目魚白天多伏在海底不動,只有早晨和傍晚出來活動覽食,垂釣的最佳時間是上午十時前以及下午的四時後,期間很少能釣到。比目魚為肉食性魚類喜食小魚,小蝦,沙蠶等,最愛的餌食是貝類,但因其肉質不戀鉤需事先用鹽脫水後再用。

  前面已經談到了比目魚的生活習性及繁衍規律,對廣大釣魚愛好者而言應該是有所幫助的,如果是常去某一海域垂釣,最好是選擇大潮訊且退潮時間到海邊,最重要一點是要認真的觀察一下地貌,哪裡有礁石,哪裡有泥沙底,哪裡有海藻繁茂的地點一定要做到心中有數有備無患  。假如這片海域不經常到此垂釣的前提下,一定要多詢問周圍經常來垂釣的同行們此海域的具體狀況,或用不綁鉤的釣組大力拋出後慢慢地向回收線,用探底的方式來確定此海底的狀態,一般的情況下鉛墜遇礁石有跳躍的過程或急速落下,會有明顯的感覺傳到竿稍上。遇沙石和泥沙地會有小幅度跳躍或粘墜的感覺。切記不要忙完了事,一定要記住具體位置以後便於垂釣。

  比目魚在吃餌時有一個明顯的習慣即;當它發現魚餌後,不是急於吞餌而是會有個嘗餌的過程,它會把餌食吸人嘴中觀察其有無危險,餌食是否合口味,這個過程需要一分鐘左右的時間,當它確信沒有異常後會吞餌遊走,這時魚竿會瞬間抖動或彎曲,即可大力揚竿。揚竿後要及時.快速的收線,這是因為比目魚在上鉤後會負痛下潛力圖貼近海底,一但讓它的陰謀得逞會立即貼近海底的礁石上,隨即會從體內分泌出又粘又稠的液體,把自己牢牢地貼在巖礁上,這時你再用力拉扯也無法將它從巖礁上分開,直之斷線折鉤為止。因此比目魚上鉤後一定要快速收線,不要給它喘息的機會,使其不能接近海底。

  可能有的朋友會問我,你全是介紹岸釣的垂釣方法,對船釣而言又會怎麼樣的,其實岸釣和船釣從理論上講是相輔相成的,只是釣點發生變化而已,船釣時因船處在深水區,垂釣者可能對水下狀況不熟,故要經常詢問有經驗的船老大船停靠處周邊的海底情況或讓船老大直接載你去經常有比目魚出沒的釣點去。下竿應採用拋竿遠投的方法這樣魚鉤才能更好的貼近海底,加之不斷的上,下或拖動誘魚定會有比目魚頻頻前來就範,收穫喜人也是意料之中的事,中鉤後的大比目魚特別有勁,因其收線時在水中呈或站或弓的姿勢,感覺很是過癮。
